A registration in the morning with our families, then the evening at The Old Court House with everyone.

Afternoon

    Photographs with family, before everyone else arrives.

Late afternoon

  1. Guests arrive at The Old Court House

    Drinks on the veranda, looking out over the river.

Reception

  1. Dinner

    Find your name on the table plan on your way in.

  2. Speeches

    We’ve promised to keep them short.

  1. Live country band

    A country band, playing until late.

  2. Drinks & dancing

    Drinks are on us all evening.

  3. Reception ends

The registration

Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (National Registration Department)

JPN Kuching · Kuching

We’ll register our marriage at JPN Kuching on the morning of the wedding, with our immediate families there.

It’s a short legal formality rather than a ceremony with an audience, which is why your invitation is for The Old Court House later that day. That’s where the celebration is.

The evening

Once dinner and the speeches are out of the way, a country band takes over and plays until late. Dancing is encouraged. Standing near the dancing with a drink is also perfectly acceptable.

Drinks are on us all evening.

We’ll finish around 11pm.
